Flexible Booking Options
Brands have the freedom to choose from curated packages for a full-service content experience — or select individual services à la carte based on specific needs. Whether you’re looking for a complete visual story or just a few key deliverables, each item is clearly itemized so you can build the content strategy that best fits your brand and budget.

 

IMPORTANT: A $300–$650 good-faith deposit is required to secure travel and production dates for all trade collaborations. This deposit is fully refundable upon arrival, once all project details have been confirmed as agreed. Please refer to the agreement for full details. Deposits for paid projects is 50%.

Standard Video Rate

Rate: $250 (credit towards free stay)

  • Length: 7-10 seconds up to 4 video clips
  • Number of Edits: 1 initial edit + 1 round of revisions (up to 30 minutes per round)
  • Includes:
    • 1 styled video featuring your property or destination
    • Guest Feature: 1 shot featuring me in the video to enhance the guest experience (this is different then the modeling service)
    • Background music (licensed or provided by the client)
  • Usage Rights: 1-year license for use on social media platforms, after this the post can remain on social media but may not be reposted. Additional fees will be incurred for usage outside of social media.
  • Exclusivity: Non-exclusive
  • Perpetuity: Rights to use the video for 1 year

Gold Video Rate

Rate: $500 (credit towards free stay)

  • Length: 1 video (7-30 seconds) up to 8 video clips
  • Number of Edits per Video: 1 initial edit + 1 round of revisions (up to 30 minutes per round)
  • Includes:
    • 1 styled video highlighting your property, amenities, and experiences
    • Guest feature: 2-3 shots featuring me in the video, showcasing the experience as a guest (this is different then the modeling service)
    • Optional voiceover or scripted content
    • Background music (licensed or provided by the client)
    • Custom text: hook & call-to-action
  • Usage Rights: 1-year license for use on social media platforms & short term vacation rental websites, after this the post can remain on social media but may not be reposted. Additional fees will be incurred for usage outside of social media.
  • Exclusivity: Non-exclusive
  • Perpetuity: Rights to use the video for 1 year, renewable $100 yearly.

Premium Video Rate

Rate: $1,000 (credit towards free stay)

  • Length: 1 video 30-60 seconds up to 15 video clips
  • Number of Edits: 1 initial edit + 3 rounds of revisions (up to 30 minutes per round)
  • Includes:
    • 1 styled video showcasing your property, amenities, and local experiences
    • Modeling Service: 3-4 professional shots featuring me in the video, interacting with the property or surrounding areas (professional shots are including hair, make-up & fashion to coordinate the style you want)
    • Voiceover or scripted content (optional)
    • Background music (licensed or provided by the client)
    • Branding/logo overlay, custom text or calls-to-action
  • Usage Rights: May be used on any social media platform or website. May not be used as paid advertising-boosting the post.
  • Exclusivity: Non-exclusive
  • Perpetuity: Indefinitely

Add-Ons

  • Raw Clips (Unedited): $100 per set of 5 raw clips (or $25 per individual raw clip)
  • Captions (for social media): $100 per post (up to 200 words)
  • Instagram or Facebook Stories: $100 per day per set of 5 photos or video clips 
  • Blog Post (for your use): $250 per post (up to 750 words & includes 1 photo)
  • Extended Video Length: $100 per extra 10 seconds
  • Photograph (for reel cover): $100 per photograph (2 options to choose-no guest feature)
  • Extended Usage Rights: $100 for use on website for 1 year, each additional year $100 renewable, $500 unlimited usage rights per video
  • Advertising: $500 per promotional period up to 30 days
  • Additional Revisions: $100 per round of revisions beyond the initial package
    • This includes; changes to text, voiceover, transitions, order of videos, small video edits
  • Major content adjustments: $300 for script rewrites or large changes (this does not include re-filming)

Modeling Services

Enhance your visual storytelling with a curated modeling experience that reflects the elevated aesthetic of your property. This service is ideal for brands seeking a cohesive look that includes professional hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling.

Modeling can be added to any content creation package.

📸 1–2 Hour Session — $300
Client must provide a hired photographer, stylist, and hair/makeup artist.

  • Want the model to handle styling?
    ➤ Add $150 for wardrobe, hair, and makeup provided by me.

⏳ Half-Day Session (Up to 4 Hours) — $550
Client must provide a hired photographer, stylist, and hair/makeup artist.

  • Prefer a fully styled look without hiring a team?

Want to include me in your video content or short-form social reels?
Add visually styled clips or photos featuring me interacting with the space:

  • $250 per digital photo or 7-second video clip
    Includes modeling, direction, filming, and editing by me.
    Examples: enjoying on-site amenities, relaxing by the pool, dining, or engaging in guest experiences.

📌 Note:
There’s an important distinction between featuring me casually as a guest in your content (included in standard pricing) versus booking me as a model in your videos.

Modeling involves a more intentional, styled approach tailored to your brand’s aesthetic. This includes thoughtful outfit selection, hair and makeup styling, and guided posing to ensure the final visuals align with your creative vision. It’s a curated process designed to elevate the look and feel of your content.
